Hermann's career has evolved from marketing to branding over a period of 22 years. He launched Brand Union in MEA in 2004 as CEO and has developed some of the regions most powerful brands, including Nedbank, Al Rajhi Bank, Dubai Road Transport (RTA), Mubadala, Abu Dhabi Ports Company and many more.
